DCP has informed our office that Lenox Hill's application has been pre-certified. That means we can expect a certified application to be referred out to CB8 sometime after February 3, 2025 (a certified application starts the clock on ULURP, read more about ULURP here).
An important piece of caution -- this does not mean we will absolutely receive the certified application on February 3rd. It means starting February 3rd, we could receive it at any time.
Once our office is sent the certified application by the Department of City Planning, CB8 will have 60 days to hold public hearings and submit a recommendation as part of the ULURP process.
