Public Hearing - 60 East 93rd Street, Taboulehs LLC.  A Special Permit is being sought by private applicant TABOULEHS LLC pursuant to ZR 74-711 to waive bulk regulations to facilitate a change of use for an existing 4-story landmark building, including community facility use up to the 3rd floor and residential use on the 4th floor, to a 4-story single residential building at 60 East 93rd Street (block 1504, lot 45) within the Expanded Carnegie Hill Historic District.

2. Public Hearing - City of Yes for Housing Opportunity. A citywide zoning text amendment from the Department of City Planning to expand opportunities for housing within all zoning districts, and across all 59 of the City’s Community Districts. These changes to the City’s Zoning Resolution would enable more housing and a wider variety of housing types in every neighborhood, from the lowest-density districts to the highest, to address the housing shortage and high cost of housing in New York City.
