   1. The MTA has announced details regarding the Congestion Pricing public outreach process, including meeting dates and formats (https://new.mta.info/agency/bridges-and-tunnels/cbd-tolling-hearing). There will be 4 hybrid public hearings starting on February 29^th, and written comments may now be submitted at https://contact.mta.info/s/forms/CBDTP.  Anyone wishing to speak at one of the 4 public hearings will need to sign up to do so, and the links will be made available 1 week in advance of each meeting date.
